Tourist on Top of the Mountain

Stay tuned for the launch of our blog and podcast, where you can find inspiration, guidance and hear real stories from real SISTAS.

HIKING

Our hikes are grouped by three levels; advanced, intermediate, beginners. Each group is led by a SISTA volunteer. She will be wearing a bright green bracelet. If you need help, she's your "go to" person or ask a fellow SISTA too. You know your body and what it can handle. Choose the level you're most comfortable with. You can move levels anytime.

Advanced - fast hikers, lead the hike or season hikers

Intermediate - not too fast, not too slow hiker or hiked before

Beginner - first time hikers. hikers who choose to take their time on the trail or hikers who are getting back on the trail and trying to regain endurance

CARPOOL

In just about every event we will offer carpool for two reasons:

1. It's fun! It's a fun way to connect and get to know each other and new SISTAS along the way.

2. Most state parks parking lots don't have a large parking area, especially trail parking. If we are a large group, that creates a problem of not enough parking for us and for other visitors too.
